Tuesday, May 12: Effective Content in a Lean World

posted in: Blog | 0

It’s almost cliché, but still true: organizations are under ever-increasing pressure to exceed customer expectations, deliver value more quickly, and react nimbly to constant change. Nowhere is that more true than in a startup that is rapidly searching for an innovative, repeatable way to deliver the most value to their customers. Drawing from this innovation laboratory, we will explore lessons for content creators and communicators, including:

  • A peek into the worlds of agile organizations and lean startups
  • Thoughts on the business power of content
  • Tools and techniques that can help your projects become more lean and agile

Woven throughout will be the story of Blaze, a web content audit tool developed internally at Geonetric using lean startup techniques.
