Conversational writing is the new buzz style for technical documentation.
What is it and how do you implement it?
Jean Wilson spearheaded the switch to conversational writing three years ago when
the project she documented made the switch to being cloud-based.
A new product model demanded new types of documentation, with a focus on help systems
and less of a focus on the written word.
In addition, the project managers associated with the project insisted on leaner documentation
with fewer words but just as much knowledge imparted.
How did she do it? Join her to find out!
