Top Three Skills: TOP SKILLS:
1. Three – ten years technical writer experience along with being proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office and Visio– not just being able to use the basics of the applications but they need to know the ins and outs of manipulation and how to utilize it.
2. Experience working for a financial institution
3. Experience writing procedures/training documentation. Someone with a communications/English background is great. An Instructional Design and Technical Writing background would be ideal. 
Job Description:   PROJECT: This candidate will be responsible for documenting processes and procedures and determine gaps of their current documentation for the transportation finance group within the Collections team. This person will work closely with the team in Iowa and know how to answer the questions as we are developing the documentation. The Key skills will be Word, Excel, SharePoint (uploading to a SharePoint site), and work with process flow documents using Visio.

• The bulk of the job will be writing procedures, process, policy, requirements, job aides, directives and policy documents and uploading through SharePoint.
• The technical writer needs to have SharePoint experience and Word experience (Expert in both and when it comes to Word, needs to have experience with formatting documents and using styles, etc.).
• Manager is looking for someone to come with a college degree and banking experience.
• Candidate must be detail orientated and show great accuracy.
• Candidate must be confident to speak to other managers/supervisors.
• Candidate should take direction and work fairly independently.
• The candidate must not be so analytical that they ask a large number of questions (analysis paralysis).
